How to send invoices?

1. The subject line must contain the Exportcargo loading number, which can be found on our order.

2. Send an email with the documents of only one shipment, it is better to send one by one to avoid emails being too large and not receiving them.

3. The file types accepted by email include JPG and PDF.

4. The email must contain the relevant information for its proper processing.

5. Please keep attachments 5MB or less.

How can I avoid late payments?

The inability to read and manage submitted documentation is the cause of most delays.Therefore we require original documents by post, it is Essential to send postal mail with the original document as soon as possible to be able to make the Payment.

In most cases we also accept documentation by email, or uploaded to our platform, but to avoid confusion we always requiere original documentation.

If there is any type of incident, it must be resolved in order to apply this discount.

When will I receive Payment?

Once Exportcargo receives your complete and legible documentation (invoices,cmr,delivery notes,Thermoprint,etc) Will will release your Payment within two working days.

Please keep in mind that the release date is the day we notify the bank to release the funds,not the date that you receive the payment. Each bank has its own processing procedure as to when the funds will be available in your account. Check with your financial institution for more information about electronic payments.

How can I change my Payment method?

To change the Payment method , send a request by email to dori.martinez@exportcargo.eu, this request must be sent by the primary contact from your Company.
